The wine has been matured in French oak barrels for four months until bottling.
TASTING:
It is a
cherry colored wine with a good
intense color and acute bouquet with well integrated features
of acute spices (vanilla) and touches
of red grapes. This is a tasty ,
elegant, fruity and fresh wine . It is very well integrated with the “taninos2 of the wood.
It is equilibrated, with a quite long and nice ending.
GASTRONOMY
AND P’RESERVING: It
is an ideal wine for accompany white
and red meat, lamb , fowlmeat, rice and cheese.
The
wine must be served at a temperature 17-18ª C. . We expect a good evolution of
the wine for the next 2-3 years.
